All orders once processed and despatched are considered SOLD.
Due to health risks associated with tampering, products MAY NOT be returned to VitaminCafe unless pre authorised by us.
Returns are only available for despatched orders that are;
- Damaged in transit or
- Sent in error by fault of vitamincafe.com.au or
- Compromised in any way, for example a broken seal.
Vitamincafe.com.au will resupply your order freight free in these instances upon receipt of the return of the damaged merchandise. Subject to our inspection of the damaged goods.
Should the need arise to return a product or products please advise us by email immediately or within a maximum of 7 days of receipt of your merchandise.
To assist us, please provide us with the following details;
- Full name and address
- Order no
- Product details
- Reason for return
Upon receipt of this information we will advise the preferred method for returning the merchandise by prompt email.
