You order will be processed, packed and despatched in most cases within 24 hours.
Delivery times for your merchandise will vary depending upon your location.
Typical delivery times will be between 1 to 5 business days from receipt of your order to most destinations within Australia.
Orders are securely packed and shipped with care. We use the services of Australia Post Express Post and Australian Air Express for all deliveries.
All orders whether delivered by Australia Post or Courier requires the recipients signature.
Please provide a daytime delivery address where you will be able to sign for the parcel or a business address at your place of employment.
If you are unable to sign for your parcel Australia Post or our Courier will leave a card and you will have to collect your parcel at a different location near you.
Freight And Handling Costs
Orders within Australia are charged at a flat rate of $7.95 for Freight and Handling (up to 3kg). Parcels over 3kg are subject to an increased freight charge. Large and/or bulky orders will be charged at a higher freight cost relative to its weight. This will be calculated automatically at checkout in the shopping cart.
