• When taken as directed, in conjunction with a calorie-controlled diet and appropriate exercise program, SatisFibre^® may assist in healthy weight reduction efforts by helping to produce feelings of fullness.
• Glucomannan fibre may assist in maintaining normal healthy blood glucose levels due to    its ability to slow down the rate of glucose released into the bloodstream following a meal. 
• May assist in the maintenance of normal healthy low density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol levels. 
• Glucomannan is a bulk fibre that assists with healthy bowel regularity.

Directions:
Adults: Take 2 capsules with a full glass of water (250mL) 30 minutes before meals, up to three times daily, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
